The Need to Complain - EFT with Brad Yates

If the beginning seems a little abrupt, it's because I had this really great intro, but the whole video was then over 10 minutes, which is all YouTube will allow, so I had to trim it. Darn YouTube - I... I guess I better tap along with this again... ;)

At one point in the video, I give examples of how people complain without taking action. I wish I had had more time in the video to clarify something. There is no judgment in this - this is just how we are programmed, and how the people who programmed us were programmed, etc. People who complain are not bad or stupid - this video is not intended to criticize anyone, but rather to help you free yourself to find a healthier and more productive alternative.

Wow great timing Brad! I have been doing alot of complaining on a "mother issue" with many aspects with my tapping buddy. There is alot of anger around this issue. This video will help me to make peace with the things i cannot change. It is only hurting myself and keeping me miserable! Once again a brilliant video. Julie.
