-Continued- So called "Random" drug testing is only legal in a small percentage of the workforce. Most Federal jobs and related Public Hazard jobs like DOT Truck Drivers, etc. have legally conducted "random" drug testing.

Do NOT take random drug tests even if you are 100% clean! It totally violates your civil rights and privacy laws. Refuse, and threaten to sue. We musn't allow ourselves to become mere clones in an Orwellian world...

Drug testing without suspicion is such a huge violation of the 4th Amendment it's ridiculous. The Supreme Court held in Nat'l Treasury Employees Union v. Von Raab (489 U.S. 656, 1989) that random testing is constitutionally permissible if it serves special governmental needs, but that is SUCH BULLSHIT! The people do not serve the government EVER , AND THIS IS THE FUCKING SUPREME COURT ?? What government do they serve under? Stalinist Russia? I cannot believe that decision.

Drug testing is mainly used as a means to eliminate employees when no good reason exists to do so. This is obvious if you've ever worked somewhere and the only time anyone gets tested is before being hired and after an accident.

no you are wrong you can cleanse your system in given time with simply water. If you take a piss test and its diluted they wont take it I know for a fact I get tested periodically and pass all the time I smoke alot. Using someone elses piss wont work like you said b/c normally someone is in the room or if its cold they wont take it. Only remidies are drink water like you are a dog in hundred degree weather about a gallon or more a day and do a shitload of physical activity to pass the thc.

Not only is the drug war thus drug testing unconstitutional and completely uncompilable with a "free society" Drug testing itself is widely inaccurate and easily compromised... So much as tonic water, or Ibuprofen can result in positives. Also marijuana field test kits for marijuana (actual substance) gives a positive for at least 40 different common herbs, including incense. @dustinrlawrence wtf major typos...what i meant to type was that i have a pre-employment drug test tomorrow and i haven't smoked any weed for 25 days...i hope i pass...i've been working out, running and drinking a good amount of water and cranberry juice....if i pass i'm gonna fuckin get high and enjoy it thouroughly!! if i don't then i'm gonna continue to not smoke and apply for a different job.
