How blind are Americans? After a decade of record breaking profits for BIG BANKS, BIG OIL, BIG PHARMA, BIG BOX, BIG AGRA, BIG MONOPOLIES of ever kind & the obscene salaries paid to CEOs in virtually ever corner of the corporate business sector and the glut enjoyed by the War Lords of Wall Street... all topped off with Bush's Bailout Bonanza . . . how can anyone not in a coma understand that the Republi cons who made it happen don't care about the labor force or our problems. They really don't.

No one (except anarchists) wants to abolish the government. Conservatives just want limited government. Law enforcement is a legitimate responsibility of the Government---Law enforcement such as police, fire and USDA departments. Libraries, roads, national parks etc are owned by the people to achieve maximum benefit of the people.

I appreciate your opinion. The capitalist-socialist debate is really about where the line is drawn. Both in their absolute purity won't work.

1.) Quit driving on our “socialist” roads.

2.) Never call your “socialist” police department when you need them.

3.) Never get a book from you local “socialist” library.

4.) Don’t call your “socialist” fire department if you are on fire.

5.) Eat only foods that are not USDA inspected.

You can tax the rich all day long and it won't hurt them. It will hurt the middle class and the poor who work for them. Virtually every company board and CEO is reluctant to expand their business because of (quite frankly) Obama's socialism. That is in essence what they themselves are saying.

Also gotta laugh at the less-than-a-comic-book pamphlet they produce (available on-line, yaay), to be the new healthcare plan or the new economic agenda... or whatever. It's fewer than two dozen pages of pious platitudes, Republican rhetoric and pretty pictures. HUGE type and W-I-D-E margins. OMG... who buys into this? Oxcart drivers? Beachcombers? Barflies? Who?
