If there's a Stoke start in 2011 go to it early and get Wiggo's autograph. The top of 'Gun Hill' (around the back of Tittesworth reservoir) is also a great place to watch it if it's on the 2011 route - but you have to get there early, park up, then walk up the hill. They announce the route in spring.
