ive never caught a mullet i always thought they wouldnt bite anything

ive caught a mullet that size with a shad rap in a shcool of shads. i did some research and mullet will result to carnivourous foods when water gets freshy. dont get blue cuz the haters, keep fishing

Mullets sometime school in the hundreds/thousands, you must have snagged it in the mouth? Mullet only graze on algae... it most likely will not happen again.
