This can be easily done in a software called Crazy Talk. Check their website. Its a software making the photograph talk. You can do this to your photograph also.

I've seen so many of Sai baba's stupid tricks and I conclude that it must be easier to fool people in India than many other places.. Snap out of it, he was a dirty con-man and fraudster! : (
