President Obama responds to Republican Representative Eric Cantor, explaining that health reform would lead to more choices and better plans: "The eight to nine million people that you refer that might change their coverage... would be folks that the Congressional Budget Office estimates would find the deal in the exchange better. Yes, they would change coverage, because they've got more choice and competition."

Whether you agree or not, listen to the content of the President's speech and you will find that it is intelligent and make sense. Then apply the same standard to the attacks against reform, or even the Republican talking points. The two viewpoints do not represent contrasting positions.
