it is ridiculous and downright nefarious how these "bloodsuckers" attempt to rob you blind of your hard earned cash. $50 dollars for a dvd which costs $2. i would guess in the USA it probably costs around $5 to attend a yoga class in your local sportscentre. for that price you could get 10 classes under the supervision of a qualified instructor then you could go home and practice on your own for free.

@hekoka completely agree! I just came back from a trip to india, Im raving to anyone that will listen about how practicing yoga out there improved my game.Sick of these massively over priced dvds! What ever happened to helping and sharing information!?Now it doesn't have to be free, or them make a loss producing the product, but price it fairly so everyone can learn and grow.Like Stephen Kesting, great teacher... dvd set $250! come on! ps every yoga class i took in india was charged by donation
