Illegal???? NO!!! The U.N gave it's approvel if Saddam did not open his country for inspections! Saddam didn't and so America did! Saddam had 17 U.N resolutions in 12 years and nobody but America was going to do anything! The status of women in Iraq was better under Saddam Hussein than it is in the anarchy it's in now. As bad as Saddam Hussein was toward the Kurds, he actually improved women's rights and at the same time, kept Islamic extremists out of power.

You are out of your mind! Women had NO power in Iraq! Only Saddam and his sons had power! There was no freedom under Saddam! His elections were rigged and he was murdering not only the kurds and millions of other Iraqi's all over his country!Saddam was a terrorist himself! Saddam used chemical weapons on his own people! 17UN resolutions over 12 years! The Iraqi people are better off today and it is getting better everyday that passes! You defend a murderer and you libs say you care about Iraqis!
