Sorry about the poor audio quality. Here I read the last page from the Phenomenology of Perception (2002) by Merleau-Ponty, where he ends his magnum opus with a quote from Saint-Exupery. This, since I've just received "The Wisdom of the Sands" through inter-library loan today. I will be reading a few paragraphs from that book, since it has played a significant role in shaping the philosophical understanding of Merleau-Ponty and at least one fellow youtuber.
@BillGroh thanks for the recommendation. The book became easier as I read, I personally went up to the 5th floor of the library at UCF and demanded that this book be acquired (since I ordered it through a different library). Good stuff!

My friend, My friend...Wisdom of the Sands is the most difficult of St Exupery's books. It was meant to be a posthumous compilation all his leanings... and too much like advanced calculus for a first study. Might I recommend "Wind Sand and Stars" as a first encounter. Very hard to believe that this is the same man who wrote "The Little Prince" ...Like that of and Ice berg...so little is seen but so very much construction underneath! Cheers!
