Kayak Goes Over Redmire Falls in River Ure, Wensleydale, North Yorkshire

We saw a group of canoes and kayaks arrive at Redmire Falls in the autumn of 2012. Some of these brave individuals took on the falls, and won... we filmed it.

This video was filmed at Redmire Falls on the River Ure just below Swinithwaite in Wensleydale, North Yorkshire. You can access the falls via a walk from the newly opened Berry's Farm Shop & Cafe (stop for a coffee!), whose owners have created a meadow walk to the falls - probably one of Wensleydale's best kept secrets!
