In March of 2007 I traveled to India on business again and my mom came with me. On part of our trip we were heading to the Taj Majal and saw this snake charmer on the side of the road. I took a look and ended up with a cobra on my neck. It was freaky especially when the cobra started hissing in my ear. His head was an inch from my head. Just another stupid American tourist...then again, it was an interesting and unique experience! Besides, I didn't die or anything. :-)

The charmer looked very cool. The cobra was beautiful. The music hypnotic. And it was cool that you tried to charm the cobra. If it's true the cobra was charmed, then there was no danger of it biting you (I think).
