Hold the green button for 5+ seconds to print a test page; this should work for most Laserjets with a "go" button (1012/1020/1022, etc).

  • do a review of the printer please :D

  • Sorry, I sold the printer after that video was taken. I bought it used and the fuser was starting to go bad (after just 14k pages). Other than that, it was a brilliant machine. The first page comes out VERY fast--MUCH faster than my new 21ppm Brother HL-4070CDW. I had no problems with it other than the aging fuser. The manual feed is better than any printer I've used, the drivers are solid, networking is perfect, etc.

If you can find one with a low page count (under 4k), go for it.

  • @DerivativeOfJohn i wonder bloody why, plastic wonder rubbish.

  • nice printer! i got the laserjet 1012 love it.

  • fuser sleeves are the things that go bad, unfortunately its a bit of a job to remove and repair.

fuser sleeves are at a good price on ebay cheaper than buying a new machine.

  • oh ok than :D
