lol this guy is lying out his ass. The final CBO report does agree about what he says that after the 2013 it will take another 33 billion to fund this program to 2019 but it says that all spending is on budget and that their will be a likely 50 million dollar surplus from the the tobacco tax. BIG FAIL!

Paul Ryan a refreshing young leader for the GOP I like this guy he has got what it takes to reform the republican party.
As for Bush, he is now in the past (enough finger pointing) I turned my back on the GOP, but after seeing this young man I may take a second look.
We have to stop spending our hard earned money into a failed system REFORM NOW!! taxes are just going to make everything that much worse ENOUGH ALREADY WITH THE SPENDING!!
