After all the hype before the comp, we couldn't drop the final movie just like that. We had to hype it even more (and we needed to buy time to finish the finals). So we did this little piece on this mellow Moby song.
This was the first comp that I was working closely with the organisers and it was great to have the full collaboration of the gym. For example, the big roof was black and it was terrible for the light. I told JMDLP to paint it a bright color. "What color he asked?" I answered as a joke "pink" but all I cared was that it was brighter. Sure enough they painted it pink and then everyone blamed it on me. But in the end, after you got used to it pink wasn't that bad.
