Bill and Chris put Nature's Pure Zero Carb Isopure under the review microscope. Nature's Best now introduces a powerful protein blend containing 50g of 100% ion exchange whey protein isolate. Any and all impurities have been removed, and Isopure is therefore able to provide a great tasting, lactose free, fat free, glutamine enriched, powerful protein formula that is also free of sugar and carbs.

50g of 100% Ion Exchnage Whey Protein Isolate!

Isopure protein is clearly identified as 100% pure ion exchange whey protein isolate, and there is no hiding the powerful doses of each major BCAA and glutamine for enhanced athletic performance and muscle building, even for seasoned athletes.

  • frnd my height is 5"8 and i m just 18 yrs old can my height grow more if i exercis reguraly ??????/ suggest me about this pls

  • @MrAman081994 Exercising regularly and getting the proper nutrition will help your body grow and develop; however, height is mostly determined by your genetics and hormone production.

  • dude let me tell u that i brought iospure vanilla flavour 7 kg and and can i take it half hour prior to workout ??????????? and yes thnksssss for u kind rply .........

  • @MrAman081994 That will be good! The most important time to take protein, also, is within a half hour after your workouts. Don't forget to nourish your muscles post-workout with a serving of protein!

  • which is better whey protein isopure zero carb or syntha 6

  • @manish6895 Both are awesome low carb protein supplements to help with lean mass building or cutting. At first glance, it would seem that Isopure is much more expensive, but when you adjust the serving sizes to be the same amount of protein per serving they are pretty close to the same cost. Otherwise, they both have a good taste and both will give you success.

  • @manish6895 Isopure gives u only 200 calories for 50 gram of protein.Only 4 calories for each gram of protein---GOOD DEAL :)

  • @MrAman081994 I use Isopure as well .I usually take it 3-4 hours prior to work out and right after I finish (even before I take shower :) )

  • @MrAman081994 Dude, you can still grow untill you are 22 (But not that much -up to 1").But don't do any weight lifting over your head, standing or sitting.I would suggest you to work with your body weight untill you are 20.(push up,pull up,sit up,PARALLEL BARS.Judo,Wrestling and etc stops ur weight 2. Good luck :)

  • @MrAman081994 You're welcome. Many people find it effective to take a serving of protein prior to exercising. For a thicker and richer shake, you may choose to mix with milk. Personally, I do not like to take in too much dairy before exercising, but that is personal preference. But yes, it will be fine to take prior to working out.
