ESPN upped the coverage for us here in the US this year... we don't even know what to do about all these games... we have no idea who's who... so we started following one game after the other to see what we could figure out. We ended up watching 3 games back to back. These boys are tuff and this game is contagious... I got all my friends watching it. Funny to see them trip out on it :)

all these soccer fans hating on AFL.. in this game there is no easy way out, you have to be insanely fit, strong, quick, agile, having amazing foot skills,be able to think on the spot in a split second, be able to take a mark against up to 3 people at once, you need to know how to tackle and not let your opponent get away from you, it takes guts to play this game and is so much harder and tougher than soccer.. what you have to do in soccer, kick ball with foot, headbutt ball and know how to dive

Passion hahhahaha - There is NO other sport that has as much passion as Football (soccer). Been to NRL, AFL, Basketball, Cricket, Hockey games. Football (soccer) has by far the best atmosphere in any sport in the world !!

@EthanHeath14 Yeah. And those 20 odd points you get in an AFL game for missing an open goal with no goalkeeper or crossbar to beat - really exciting stuff. Not. At least 50% of the AFL game is spent with players bums in the air scrabbling around following the erratic bounce of a weird shaped ball. No wonder it's called GAYFL.
