There's no question we have a problem but creating a federal bureaucracy to solve it is no solution at all!

could you please explain to me Mr Doggett how you plan to fund this?
you also forget to mention that texas has alot of illegal aliens here that dont have health care and is more than likely an attributing cost to the amount of uninsured here in texas
