キハ181 紀勢本線・関西本線試運転 Kiha181series Deisel car Test Run

今週末に紀勢本線全通50周年フィナーレ号が走るらしいので
ちょっと懐かしいカットを掲載してみました。

キハ181の入線実績がなかった紀勢本線への
団臨等の入線を前提とした試運転が実施されました。

１カット目が紀勢本線多気の櫛田川鉄橋
２カット目が関西本線の加太峠です。
どちらも撮影者が多く場所選びやカメラセッティングに苦労した覚えがあります。
あれから随分時間が経ちましたがご協力頂いた皆様ありがとうございます。

Very good. The gradient toward the end is very noticable. Was the trial to prove the unit could transverse it without stalling?

Yes,This movie shows at Kabuto pass in Kansai main line contains 25permill slope,but Kiha181 DC was succeeded in testing run,and sometimes runs as special train.
