Trafficant was a corrupt congressman who went to prison for 7 years for accepting bribes, racketeering, and using his aides that are on US taxpayers dollars for personal business. He's a thief who misused taxpayer money and got caught stealing. Now he is trying to deflect blame and revive his shattered reputation by slandering other people.
