I'm not prejudiced against people with disabilities but I don't think that visually impaired people should drive taxis or judge boxing matches. Likewise, I don't think that people who are mentally retarded should necessarily be working as brain surgeons or in other areas where acute cognitive function is essential. Clearly, at least one of the retardeds is not fit to judge boxing matches, either, but I don't think we should be prejudiced against all of them because of it.
