As of Sept. 2008, Gucci was sent to prison for a year in Fulton County Jail in Atlanta for failure to complete mandatory community service. Gucci was supposed to serve 600 hours of community service and he only did 25 hours. They also say he violated his probation many times by using alcohol, marijuana and ecstasy. He still hasnt went to court for his July arrest, where he was charged with DUI, marijuana possession and weapon possession.
