Well, you have to complete ALL of the missions and side missions...basically complete the game lol. Like the side missions are those "Wanted" posters (Bounty Hunter) you see everywhere, Pony Express, Law Man (work for Pat Denton in Dodge City), Hunting mission (talk to the Indian Hunter near Piper Lake), and more. You'll see guys standing around the towns with words written above them that say their side mission. Again, you have to finish the whole story ;)
