@MrLU2000 added a dimarzio steve vai evolution bridge pickup other pickups are stock. was using a line 6 spider 2 head insane green channel on that vid

it's not that heavy because it's super thin. that's what makes the s series so unique

I read the differences were in the s470 and s570 are that the s570 is a tad lighter. I know that some s470's have 24 frets so i don't think thats the only change.

@TnTMusic64 the s570 is the new version, they don't produce the s470 anymore. and it has 24 frets, plus different fret markings.

S-series used to be great before Ibanez fucked it up equipping every one of them with that ZR-tremolo system. It feels unnatural...doesnt keep tune any better than the Edge Pro.

I hve a 470, and I have to say I've never been happier with a guitar. It's only 22 frets but it's still an amazing guitar. Pickups are not that special, changed neckpickup, but it still sounds great. Trem is great, playability is 10/10, very comfortable, very light, you made a good choice (since it's just a 470 with 24 frets anyway
