You can change the slider to get your teammates to either crash the boards or get back fast. I think they have been set to get back fast so just change that. Uhh I have it on the 360 so whatever button you push to get the "Timeouts: Automatic or Manual, Subs: Automatic or Manual" and all that, just change the slider.

It isn't the standalone best game... in my opinion bioshock, crackdown, halo 3 etc are just as good.
