UPDATE: Well, after over 3 years with this exhaust, I decided to change it out. It was fun while it lasted, but I got tired of the loud sound. I put on a Gibson stainless exhaust kit and could not be happier. It gives a decent growl over stock but not near what the old custom exhaust was. If you are looking for a loud exhaust the magnaflow duals will be perfect for you.

I have a 06 Nissan Frontier CrewCab. Is that what I ask for a 2in and 2 out universal muffler? I don't know what that means but is that what I tell them? And then of course take it to my local muffler shop. It sounds fucking bad!

@renedelafuente123 You could probably ask for Magnaflow part #11385, or maybe just order it off the Internet and take it to your muffler shop. But they should know what 2in/2out means (or say dual in/dual out).

Where did you buy the muffler and how much did it cost to install? I know it will range depending on who installs it and all that but if I can get that sound for under 600 I will be a happy man. Do you notice any hp or torque increase or decrease?

@askds35 I bought it from a custom exhaust shop. It's a 2in/2out universal muffler. The muffler, custom piping, and installation totaled $340.

There was a definite horsepower increase on the top end after the installation of this muffler, torque seemed the same. However, after installing a Hypertech tuner, there is a huge increase of both torque and horsepower. You really need a tuner to take advantage of the exhaust to the fullest.

nice so how much of an increase did u gain, i put in a cold air intake as well , k&n . and how is the dual pipe better than the single pipe exhaust?
