Thanks for this very helpful vid--I definitely need the demo style so I can see the move clearly. Now I just need to add strength and I'll be there, lol! I consider these moves advanced, too, although everyone has different definitions.

oh, well to us these are advanced mounts - shoulder mount, scorpion and pencil - handspring is on seperate vid
(not adavnced moves - obviusly they are different)
however I am always looking for new things to learn, had a quick scan throught your videos but I couldnt find any mount variations (but you do have a lot of vids) send me a link i would love to try something new.
