I love this Gordan Lightfoot song and have been studying Tony Rice's playing since I was a kid. I play this song but I could never make much sense out of the words. Ok "cold on the shoulder" = shoulder of the highway but the rest of the words seem kinda nonsensical to me. Any help here?
