@adfasdfasdfluy so for that reason, i support the bailouts. i didnt originally but i did my homework and saw that its vital. besides, GM is my preference.

@thunderbird948 im not pissed off or anything. i just wanted to point out that the big three all took money to help stay afloat. fords just wasnt from the government. Automobiles are the United States biggest export. with GM gone, we would be in a lot more debt to other countries than we are now. Not to mention there are some people out there that would buy a toyota, nissan or something if they couldnt buy a chevy or a ram

@thunderbird948 GM was bailed out by the government, true. but it wasn't a hand out. it was a loan. which was paid back (including interest) a few years early. The U.S. treasury does own shares of GM, but they also own shares in Chrysler AND FORD. And for the record Ford did not recieve a government bailout. instead they got a loan from different banks. Chrysler teamed up with Fiat. Ford took a bunch of loans. GM took government loans.

@Mr1963chevy my shop teacher in construction (ram guy) duplicated this test just for fun..

Nissan Titan = 192

Toyota Tundra = 228

Dodge Ram = 361

Ford f150 = 401

Chevrolet Silverado = 425

.... and they spent most of the video time trying to break a toyota bolt that is less than half the size of the ford bolt

@alexandrescooter if american things suck.,then get off the computer and internet..your home computer was built by americans...and so was the internet...and so are alot of firetrucks..so if you ever needed a firetruck at your house..they wont be showing up in any import truck thats for sure
