Could you get Sleep Paralysis from trying to do this? I want to have lucid dreams but not really wanting to have imaginary demons on my chest trying to strangle me...

@XxSillahxX thats not only for people who have lucid dreams, that is completly rare and has nothing to do with lucid dreaming, but just dreaming in general. i dont understand why everyone isnt trying lucid dreaming, anything is possible in the dream world, and extremly vivid and realistic

@anonymous4014 haha. I saw that movie. Scary as hell. But that was about astral projecting. This is only lucid dreaming. Astral projecting is when you actually leave your body and can float around (that's what insidious is about). In lucid dreaming you are only dreaming so nothing can happen to you.
