its some sort of volume knob, i dont know if its for his microphone or the piano. its amazing to believe that he would be controlling his volume instead of some guy paid to do it but hes probably just more comfortable controlling himself.

Hes adjusting his monitors. Some times in higher end shows with big stars rather than giving the monitor guy control they like to change things as they go. So he was probably giving himself more or less bass or something. I was at this concert as well, it was amazing

It's just his EQ box. Usually the sound crew in the booth would do it, but he like to tweak his EQ as he goes along.

hmmm yea in all concerts he takes that bars, I think that they are used to transpose the piano in +2+1-1-2 , cause he transposes some songs to sing... but I still don't know... just wonder
