Over many years Dr. Wilhelm Reich's work and findings on the orgone energy, or life-energy, have been subjected to careful scientific scrutiny and evaluation, being verified and confirmed in their major aspects, even while his malicious critics continue to ignore or distort this record of accomplishment and discovery. This video gives a short introduction, and provides reference books and websites by which the interested viewer can obtain facts and accurate information. Comments are active, but sorry I won't approve of typical skeptic-comments, or other words which are questionably unclear, off-target, or distort or make ridicule of Reich. There's plenty of that already on internet, and those websites never allow honest facts about Reich and orgonomy to emerge.

How does Orgone Energy explain blue light around Earth? Earth's atmosphere is blue because of physics. Furthermore, not every planet has a blue atmosphere (because the of the chemical composition of its atmosphere.) I'd just like this question answered, thanks.

Reich postulated an orgone energy field around the planet, an expression of the life-quality which is rather unique to Earth, well before space photos showed the blue field around Earth. The theory of Rayleigh scattering of light is the dominant theory, but Reich's theory helps understand some aspects which Rayleigh does not - such as the quality and intensity of blue in relation to weather. His findings on DOR or stagnant orgone, with a greyish quality and associated with drought, for example.

It is the blue light. It was named Orgone by Dr Reich. It had no other name in Western Culture. Earths atmosphere is not blue because of physics but is identified due to physics. The blue light is a field of energy existing in another layer of our dimension.

@subrown3, your first point is well taken, that Reich's explanation for the blue energy field surrounding Earth is a reasonable challenge to classical light-scattering ideas. However, Western Culture has a long tradition on life-energy - Freud's libido, Mesmer's Animal Magnetism, Hahnemann's homeopathic forces, and back into peasant farmer's lore. It is a real energy, however, nothing "extra-dimensional" or mystic in nature.

Please read Reich's work on the "Emotional Plague of Mankind". There is a chapter on this in his book "Character Analysis". Some people are driven to attack and kill that which they find too exciting and beyond their own internal capacities to live with. LIke how celibate priests killed millions of women during the Dark Ages, burning them alive. To "save their souls". Modern medicine and science occasionally tries to erase new ideas, to "save society from quackery", with similar angry hate.

There's a stark difference between old-fashioned liberalism, and LEFTISM, which is Red Fascism. Read Reich's discussion on this in "Mass Psychology of Fascism", and DeMeo's article "New Information on the Persecution of Reich" (Google it) for the facts about how the political LEFT was the central instigator of Reich's death. Today, Left-wing writers (posturing as "liberal") are constantly smearing and attacking Reich with lies, which then get repeated by some conservatives.

This just proves that Religion and Politics are the disease of Earth and Art and Science are the combination of entertainment and advancement. If Orgone could bring rain to areas inflicted with droughts, why doesn't the government do a thing about it? There's a global manipulation really underway.
