The Big Ideas Youth Challenge final saw five teams of budding business youngsters aged 11 to 17, pitching their invention ideas to a packed crowd of parents, teachers, judges, mentors and invited guests. bdaily was their to find out why this challenge, now in its fourth year, is so important.

  • This is a great idea, you know if we can plant a seed early in children it could motivate them and help direct them to the road they have interest in, we might have kids that really know what they want to do early on and we can help steer them. Our kids need more direction in the pre-teen year,
