I think it could easily be considered breakcore. Tobin dabbled with more jungle related stuff back in the day, but this is definetely not DnB. There is no Bass and the breaks are purely distortion driven. nothing less than "creative electronic music" and considering the high amount of distortion and varied sounds, its very breakcore-esque.
in fact, its only similarity to DnB is the BPM and use of breakbeats
good tune anyway. the video was not as captivating, but it made a decent background

All those guys who were trying to place this into a genre... :|. It doesn't really matter what genre it is, this is sick.
