The Pain Zone workouts are for someone who is looking to explore a different level of "torture"...as some of my clients would call it. I just like to call it senseless abuse.

Dragging heavy sleds, flipping tractor tires, hill sprints, and prowlers just to name a few of the exercises that are done. Horrible set/rep combos will destroy you. Vomiting is standard procedure with these workouts. If you're stuck in a rut and simply need to see what you're made of, these workouts are definitely for you. You'll survive, but you'd probably rather die.
