Beer Review: Allagash White

Summer is here and that means hot & humid weather, at least here in Atlanta. While I will drink a Stout just about anytime, even in the heat of Summer, a lighter beer goes great on a hot day. I picked up some Allagash White to try on a warm early Summer day after doing some work around the house:

Is your entire backporch now enclosed? Did you build it yourself?

Allagash is kind of like the Ommegang of Maine. I never had any of their beers, though.

We only enclosed about half the deck, the rest is uncovered, which is where my beloved Big Green Egg lives! Build it myself?-you're funny! I am definitely NOT the person to build anything requiring any sort of real skill. I can do simple stuff but I leave the big jobs to the pros.

Try the Allagash if you can, it's good stuff!

Summer to me means Helles lagers and Lambics but I should sort myself out with a few St. Bernardus witbiers as well.

@mavxr Thanks, the beer was very tasty! There wasn't a problem with your sub box. I'm still out of town so this video was uploaded last week. It was just in the "unlisted" box so it didn't show up in search results, etc. until I made it public last night..
