A list of riders who have "never tested positive"... Bjarne Riis, Erik Zabel, Richard Virenque, David Millar, Johan Museeuw (one of my favorite riders) and I think we all know how "clean" these riders were. Not testing positive doesn't mean shit with the sophistication of doctor assisted doping available
