You can enjoy the song however you want, but lines like "And is Grace not something beautiful that we were made to suffer?" and "The lucid touch of clemency" sound very Christian.
However, I wouldn't call this strictly a Christian song either.

It's about how the world has both good and bad things in it, but how wonderful it is that we're even here to be able to experience it to begin with, the good stuff AND the bad stuff.
