So you can only get Genis', Lloyd, and Colettes Mystic arts in Gamecube only?

Lloyd's attack is called Falcon's Crest, although the Japanese name is "Tenshou Souhazan" which I believe translates to "Heaven Soar Blue Destructive Slash". Lloyd says Tenshou Souhazan during the Japanese attack, so my best guess is that Falcon's Crest came out to link in with his strongest (single-hit) Rising Falcon.

@figure8life In American Gamecube version, only Lloyd, Collette, and Genis get their Hi-Ougi's.

Falcon's Crest (Lloyd): When in red health and having the Material Blades equipped, hold A+B+Y.

Holy Judgement (Collette): After using both Judgement and Holy Song 50 times, it will occur randomly when you try to do those moves.

Indignation Judgement (Genis): Use Indignation during Over Limit.

Does anybody know if you can get Hi-ougi's in the american gamecube version ? and if you can does every character get them ?

@animalchemist Sheenas summons are also considerd Mystic Artes, but there is no cut in in the Gamecube version.

That was a beta move in the Japanese version too, I think. Either that or they were planning on adding that move exclusively for the English version like they did with Tales of the Abyss. But it didn't activate like a Hi Ougi like the real Sacred Shine, so it might have been just a regular tech.
