I can laugh because I hate and dread them too. I always request a butterfly needle and for it to be stuck in my hand.

I know all about this and I feel for you! I recently had to have blood drawn and I knew that it was ridiculous but my body didn't agree it is a phisical reaction to an assault on the body! I think you did amazingly!

i need a root canal but i terrified of needles. i cried hestericly and left when i tried to go. anyone have any advice i would apreciate it a lot :(

My fear of needles is extreme...after a bad experience in my younger years ive gotten to where i cannot stand them..or even be around them..i went to join the army..dropped out because of a blood test..same with college..this fear has kept me from doing so many things..and now that im pregnant i have to get over this fear somehow..because this isnt something that i can hide from any longer
