Whats so different about this wallblade compared to other cable hiding plates?

@gukimirvictorious It's powered and the wiring is up to fire code. Another benefit is that you can install it in the wall even after the house has already been built, and the house will remain within the fire code. It doesn't require to be mounted near a stud, simply cutting and placing it in the drywall is just fine. Built in flip screws lock into place holding the unit secure. There is a "how-to" video at the end of this video that explains how to install the unit.
