I totally love your honesty and sincerity in these videos, Michel! You talk about things that many others don't, because they're self-conscious and caught up in ego stuff, but you're like a child (that's good!) in that you're relaxed and say it as you see it. I like your tone. I am thinking about doing a water fast soon, but will read a bit before embarking on that adventure. Heard it can be rough, so I want to be prepared for whatever symptoms or healing crisis that can come up. Thank you!

I have had slight back pain 5th and 6th day but as the 6th day was ending it going away. I would of been worried why is that but as I watched your video before starting my fast,I had head up. Thanks for that.

@MarijuanaGood4U there is a natural toothbrush the islamic folk use called a miswaak which they use during fasting. Thats what I use anyways - there is no need for paste as it has natural amounts of silica and flouride and calcium etc

Since then I've stopped doing salt flushes during waster fasts (just finished my first fast since this was recorded 2 years ago... videos posted soon)
But, for Mater Cleanses, it's Sea Salt... it's important that there is no Iodine in the water...
