Well done guys, I liked this. Have you got any examples/ideas on how to improve the meeting with the customer. I like the rule of thumb, the longer a defect (missing feature or bug) exists for the more it will cost to fix. So create context type screen designs etc that will help the customer pick up on problems early. Create psudo code designs, and review them to find bugs in the design early.
