Roger Buster and Draq have sent a mysterious cargo to Lightning. Zoda knows that it's about Black Shadow (but they didn't know that), so he takes them as hostages and will release them when Ryu and the others find out what it is. Miss Killer\Haruka and Zoda asked Black Shadow what it is, but he didn't want to tell them. It's a secret.
