"The Throne Room" composed by John Williams is from the original Star Wars movie, Episode IV "A New Hope" from 1977. It is played during the last scene in the movie where Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, and Chewbacca receive their medallions from Princess Leia Organa. Britt Music performs this piece live on the Roland KR-107 Digital Intelligent Piano. All instrumentation is played live on the keys with the exception of the automatic drum track that comes in toward the end. The arrangement comes from the Star Wars Trilogy Book item #5204A published by Alfred Publishing. (I purchased my copy from Capital Music Center 512-458-1933). Several cool features of this Roland model are that you can store you sound setups (registrations) in a memory called "User Programs" and they can be advanced from one to the next by tapping the left pedal. Just before the harp glissando I press the damper pedal to hold the brass/string chord and then tap the left pedal to switch to the harp, then release the damper when switching to the next User Program. If you've seen my Atelier or Electone performance, it's as if the KR-107 acts like an organ but for a fraction of the price. It is an amazing instrument. It of course sounds and feels like a piano too, which you will see in some of my other videos. I purchased the piano from Capital Music Center - Austin, TX www.capmusic.com

  • @CharadeYouAre77 awww to bad it's not "The Force Theme'' but the tune was close tho... it was not wat i was searching for.. it has nothing to do with star wars i think. it's a really epic song and i just need to find it... but it's almost impossible because it seems like no one ever heard of it i've tried to find it on videos with like a top 100 of epic songs and i still couldn't find it anywhere :L .

  • @SanafaBeach20 It's "The Force Theme"

  • when the tune starts at 0:24 to 0:36 it sounds like a song i'm looking for, for over YEARS.. i still can't find it. if anyone no wich song i mean.. and knows wich one it actually is... tell me plz that would be great! (:

  • Interesting composition and programing. The harp is unexpected, hehe. I can see it makes the rhythms challenging when you play them all together. Keyboards today have so much potential.

I have a piano version with my cat. :)

  • this is brill

  • Thank You VERY VERY VERY MUCH

  • The graduation march reminds me of this song.
