GUIDE:
Save all the above web sites to a folder in FireFox and click 'Open in Tabs' when you first log on. I would advise using Noscript (addon) to protect yourself from malicious code. As you can see from the blank screen, using too many can dramatically affect your internet speed so be careful.
Addons:
NoScript - but enable traffic site scripts
FasterFox Lite - and choose anything above 'Courteous'
Turn off images - not addon but in FireFox preferences - dramatically increases speed
