one of the most overpowered chips in Battle Network 3. but how does it work?

@irbananaking I dunno about that, Starforce was pretty good, and ZX was okay. I am partial to the older ones, though. The only MM franchise I haven't sampled yet is Legends, and I'm working on that as fast as I can.
