This is part of a Wagner-concert, I had with my former orchestra, the Netherlands Radio Phil under Edo de Waart in 1997. You hear the wonderful Jeannine Altmeyer (soprano), in the final scène 'Starke Scheite schichtet mir dort' from 'Götterdämmerung'.
In this great music I play the "Thein" contrabass-trombone.
I love the shots at the end, where miss Altmeyer becomes emotional after singing her great part, listening to the very end of !
Thanks so much for sharing this. Could you upload more of Altmeyer's selections? Really interested in hearing more of the voice at this period.

One of the greatest moments in Western music. Too long on her face at the conclusion, though--it's a SYMPHONIC finale, as the Meister intended.
