  • @hotrodcollins. jajaj this is form 5 bro also called the takedown form. all the techinques in it simulate him taking down his oponnents to the ground, thats why the strikes are low. but this is one of the best displays of form 5 ive seen. he did it very well.

  • @hotrodcollins Do not talk about what you do not know. It is an exercise to assimilate the basic techniques. This is not a fight. it's like shadow boxing but codified.

And you what is your level in martial arts and how often do you practice to judge a martial art as soon as you do not know ?

  • Maxime this is a beutiful display of Kenpo. You are a credit to Ed Parker, EKKA and Kenpo in general. Well done and hope to train with you in Ireland again some day

    Full Salute from Dublin

  • This is a knockdown form or what some people call a takedown form. It's not called Long form 5 just Form 5. We don't use high kicks in Kenpo the only time we kick to the head is when we bring him to his knees. Not easy to demo any form in front of people. I competed with Kenpo forms and if people don't know the system and what their looking at they will score you low. I would score this Form low but he did finish it without stopping.

  • Forward Bows? .........

  • his technique is good...but as for the form..doesnt it look like he is fighting some really short people???? except for the mui thai knees...which are wrong on a couple levels...he has 1 face block..is a crossward forearm block..and all his strikes are midsection and groin...

  • wouldnt mind getting trained by him.

  • Sharp, clean, and every move is visible. Fantastic!

  • dont look like he is fighting, look like he is dancing

  • very nice and impressive. I'm learning it with a few slight subtle differences but I must say it was very crisp and sharp.
