I know, lets have a cull. First start a war, then create a financial crash as we no longer need all the slaves, they can kill each other and ends up with a kind of genocide... Alcohol and drugs and manipulation on a grand scale are the reason for the Chav, they have the tools, they just don't bother to use them anymore while 1% sits around and rakes in 40% of the worlds wealth doing absolutely fuck all due to a pyramid scheme that goes back to when all these monetry schemes and systems began.
